業務内容

-- Develop Trade Credit Insurance market to Japanese companies in China through partners (fronting insurers and insurance brokers) and deliver valuable service to our customers.

　中国本土におけるパートナー（元受保険会社及び保険ブローカー）を通じた取引信用保険の拡販及び既存顧客に対する充実したサービス提供。

-- Deliver technical support and training to the partners including workshops.

　ワークショップを含めたパートナーに対する取引信用保険の技術サポート及びトレーニングの提供

-- Identifying proper business opportunities in responsible market

　マーケットにおける適正リスクレベルのビジネスチャンスを特定し拡販を行う。

-- Maintain sustainable relationship with fronting partners and brokers

　元受保険会社及び保険ブローカーとの関係を良好に保ちながら強化する。

-- Liaise with internal Commercial Underwriting and Risk Underwriting on business

　社内の関係部署（主に引受審査部門と企業審査部門）との密な連携。

-- Ad-hoc projects as requested by company management

　マネジメントから指示があった際の個別案件について業務対応。

The successful candidates “MUST”:　必須経験？能力？知識

·         Experience in Corporate Sales (Minimum 3 years)   最低3年以上の営業経験

·         Japanese日本語（ネイティブもしくはそれに準ずるレベル）

·         English (Internal communication is mainly done in English, especially writing skill for reporting)

英語 （社内のコミュニケーションが英語で行われるため。特に読み書き）

·         Self-Motivated 　自主的な取り組み姿勢

·         Performance oriented and team work spirits with local and regional team

個人のパフォーマンスを重視しつつ、チームワークも積極的に図る姿勢

Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills with very good argumentation and persuasive power

高いコミュニケーションスキルでネットワークを構築し、商談を上手く纏める交渉力

·         学士号

Preferable下記の経験？知識？能力があれば尚可

·         Experience in Insurance industry 保険業界での経験

·         Accounting knowledge　財務知識

·         Inter-personal skill 　人間関係の構築が得意であること

·         Creative 　　クリエイティブな発想

·         Logical thinking　　ロジカルな思考力

·         Chinese 中国語
