1. Give APQP quotation according to RFQ

依据RFQ提供APQP报价

2. Confirm the standards and testing details with internal & external customer

与内部和外部客户确定标准及测试细节

3. review and plan the test equipment (include testing fixture) and gage technical requirements. Provide the final acceptance

制定测试（包含工装夹具检测），测量技术要求和最终验收

4. Create, improve and issue control plan in each stage

创建、提高和发布每个阶段的控制计划

5. Involve in the DFMEA and PFMEA creation

参与DFMEA和PFMEA制作过程

6. Produce plans and get the customer approval of the DV and PV testing, follow up the testing till its approval

制定DV和PV测试计划并得到顾客认可，跟进测试直至达到既定标准

7. Analyze the process capability and the measurement system

分析工序能力和测量系统

8. Prepare the PPAP Package, and get its approval

准备PPAP程序包并确保被认可

9. Review the test equipment

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above

本科或本科以上学历

2. Good English Skills

熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

3. Engineering/Science/Statistics and related major

工程、技术、统计等相关专业

4. Have 5 or more years’ experience in validation and quality

年以上产品开发验证及前期质量相关工作经验

5. Familiar with assemble process and plastic injection will be a plus

熟悉装配工艺和塑料注塑更佳

6. Familiar with TS16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and other quality tools

熟悉TS16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA及其他质量工具

7.  Good communication skills and an excellent team-worker

良好的沟通协调能力以及团队合作精神.
