·         Position Prerequisites 职位要求

    

Education:  BS degree or above, major in Applied chemistry or Fine Chemical related background;

    

    

Experience: 3~5 years production engineer or process engineer experience within cosmetic related manufacturing. New cosmetic project management/conduction experience and cGMP knowledge is preferred.

    

    

Skills:         Good verbal and written command of English, and proficiency in office software tools.

    

Familiar with household cosmetics industry production equipment and function, safety requirements, quality standards, etc.   

    

Skill of PLC is preferred.

    

Good communication skills in Chinese and English;

    

Proficiency in office software

·         Major Accountabilities 主要职责

    

This process engineer is hired for the new launched Bio-functionals project;

    

This process engineer act as the key role from the project beginning to work and support with process and technology transferring, cGMP facility design, PHA, transferring, developing SOPs and commissioning/startup. Once the commercial operation starts, the process engineer will support with production operating, process monitoring and daily troubleshooting, such like operator training, process and quality improvement, recipe management or new product trials are also need to be covered in the scope.

    

    

Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责:

    

·         Key role acting from project launch to work on process & cGMP design, PHA, technology transferring.

    

·         cGMP document draft like system URS, Qualification files and validation plan and execution.

    

·         developing SOPs and commissioning/startup.

    

·         Daily operating support after project commercial running, operation training, process and quality improvement, recipe management and new product trials.

    

·         Responsible for carrying out process studies (including trials) & improvement from beginning thru completion reporting progress as required.

    

·         Lead or support trouble-shooting to solve safety, productivity, quality and other loss problems.

    

·         On-site technical process coaching to production and provide SOPs (or guidelines) and related training as required.

    

·         Defining productivity/quality/cost improvement opportunities in the process and solving the technical problems in the plant.

    

·         Recipe management in SAP.
