职位描述
工作职责：
- 对公司经营管理的合法合规性进行日常监察；
- 对公司员工进行法律、法规、内控制度和运作程序培训工作，使所有员工都能了解自身的职业道德要求和行为规范；
- 跟踪基金行业新规、监管动态及行业风险事件，及时宣导、发布以及修订相关制度及工作流程；
- 根据有关法律法规，协助草拟、修订公司内部控制制度及业务管理规章，确保相关规章制度的合规性及有效性；
- 审核公司各类对外文字材料，包括广告、新闻、产品申报材料及投资管理人员、董监高等资格申报材料等；
- 根据部门主管要求，协调起草、复核各类信息披露文件、报表/报告等；
- 其它法律合规审核工作及监察稽核部日常工作联络及汇报；
- 监察稽核部总监交办的其它工作。
职位要求：
-重点大学本科以上学历法律/金融/财经专业，具有基金业从业资格者优先；
-具有2年以上公募基金/资管行业合规法务工作经验；
-熟悉证券投资基金领域的相关法律法规；
-有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神；
-中英文流利，学习能力强，工作细致认真。
