硬性要求：本科或以上学历，英语听说读写熟练（能跟老外沟通水平），至少7年以上医药/医疗行业相关经验（甲方乙方都可）

Job Description

The data management & BI leader will be under Gilead China IT team and responsible for managing Gilead China enterprise data warehouse, data management governance, business intelligence and advanced analytics capability for Gilead China cross Gilead China commercial business functions, such as Finance, Commercial Excellence, SFE, Sales & Marketing, Digital and etc. This role will be also collaboration with global Data Management teams & platforms to ensure technology & roadmap alignment and consistency with global IT strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Partnering with business stakeholders and global platform teams for driving and execution in the following areas:
• Master data management
• Enterprise data warehouse
• Data visualization
• Advanced data analytics
• New technology adapting
• Roadmap, framework, principle, guideline & template for China data management and BI
• Responsible for putting together high-level strategy, roadmap and vision for areas and ensure consistent alignment of goal/outputs/priorities from both IT and business leadership
• Ability to gather data from multiple sources and derive key learnings, identify gaps, program tracking, insight discovery, and develop corresponding action plans
• Leading large-scale analytics project full lifecycle implementation activities
• Manage third party resources & project team to ensure project on track
• Continuously enhance and optimize technical architecture and landscape within business development

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical background with experienced in data management, data warehouse building & routine management and data visualization
• Pharmaceutical industry working experience is prefer
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Passion for innovation and new technology
• Technology required: SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Data solutions, AWS Data solutions, Tableau, Alteryx
• Hands-on capability, especially on SQL Server (Stored procedure, SSIS)
• Good in written and spoken English
