职位描述

Purpose of the position

  • Align with LLH strategy of Growth, commercialization and key account management programs in coming years, this position will be responsible for daily work of key accounts and project bidding to work with KAM and BD manager with P&L.

  • Implementing key account plan and direct management of customer relationships and managing resource to improve customer experience and service.

  • Implementing commercialization and support BD manager biding new projects.

  • Make sure all business action and strategy in align with Linde Group Value, Safety and Quality related policies and in accordance with local government laws and regulations.

Primary Responsibility

  • Manages overall business portfolio to maximize sales revenues and profitability, achieving sales budget and profit set for key account customers (100%P&L)

  • Work with KAM manager to develop & implement key account strategies aligned with internal stakeholders and ensure tactical alignment.

  • Establishes and builds relationships with strategic customers and prospects, incl. key account high level management team.

  • Lead or play a major role in the Commercialisation Process at new and existing Major Customers

  • Be responsible for Key accounts’ needs and trends, as well as market situation and competitors’ movements.

  • Monitors and reports critical sales key performance indicators.

  • Support BD manager to coordinate internal and external meeting, prepare meeting material and meeting minutes, and pro-actively coordinate follow-up actions.

  • Support BD manager to daily management: master data management, contract & pricing management, PO & delivery management, AR management.

  • Support BD manager to achieve bidding process, such as take RFQ\bidding document prepare\document review\handover etc.

Required key skills (functional/technical)

  1. 3+ years industrial experience in field sales and/or account management, chemical/other manufacturing; gas industry experience is plus.

  2. Bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline;

  3. Advanced word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access Skills.

  4. English in reading/speaking/writing.

  5. Excellent negotiation/communication skills.

  6. Strategic thinking, product/ Process knowledge, Selling skills and negotiations, Time and territory management, Customer Relationship Management, Financial & Forecasting, Problem solving, Written and oral communication

  7. Presentation skills, project coordination, basic finance and accounting.

  8. Good functional performance and cross-department communication ability.

Demonstrated track record of developing and executing customer/territory
sales plans, deep customer insight, knowledge of competitive landscape,
profitable growth, strong prospecting, negotiation & closing abilities
desired;
