职位描述

Job Responsibilities

Processing of sales transactions

·       Process post-sales transactions e.g. new service provisioning, service migration, credit/debit adjustments etc.

·       To work closely with Account Managers (AMs) to ensure that all necessary documents required for raising works orders are accurately completed and submitted on time; and to ensure RFS is not missed. Assure the completion, readiness, validation and accuracy

·       Order processing, to work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of service to customers, assure Ordering lead time by regular check-point and check list with stakeholders

·       Work order creation, processing, to provide Order Status/Billing report weekly

·       Account creation in systems, contract custodian

·       To ensure that revenue is properly captured for each sales sector.

·       Attend to termination requests, transfer requests, change billing address requests, etc.

·       Teamwork with stakeholders to promptly resolve relevant issues raised by the customers.

 

Provide support on billing matters

·       Account billed revenue report, update, forecasting, provide billing report analysis and forecasting reports monthly

·       Assist AMs in answering enquiries / queries on order status, billing disputes / enquires, etc. This includes any billing issues such as consolidation of billing accts, billing discrepancies, refunds, outstanding payment, etc. Meeting customers (together with AM) for complicated billing issues, if required.

·       Monitor adjustments due to customer and ensure proper billing to customers.

·       Prepare and monitor any rebates / credits due to customers

·       Liaise with Billing Operations to ensure that customer bills are in order, help investigate discrepancies/inconsistencies in customer bills, assist FM and AM for customer Billing issues and resolutions

Job Requirements

 

·       A recognized Diploma preferably with a few years of relevant experience

·       Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly

·       Possess a customer-oriented mindset

·       A team player with initiative and a strong sense of accountability

 

Personal Attributes

 

·       Good command of English

·       Must be self-driven and pro-active in problem solving

·       Independent and resourceful

·       Ability to work under tight time schedule

·       Excellent interpersonal skill and initiative to with other staff
