KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

1.       Joint Sales Specialist team to qualify sales opportunity, craft and propose the appropriate solution to address Customer needs.  

2.       Lead and drive customer requirement discovery session, consolidate and understand customer requirement for solution development.

3.       To prepare necessary material such as proposal and presentation slide for customer RFP/RFI/proposal responding, perform solution Design presentation to customer.

4.       Lead and Chair Internal / Customer technical design workshop, define and conclude the Project SoW, Goals and expected deliverables.

5.       Offer Solution / Product presentation support to Marketing event upon request.

6.       To collaborate with Project Management and delivery team closely, ensure the technical design & deliverable are up to the higher standard of customer satisfaction.

7.       Be Trained and certified with selected technology upon Line Manager request.

8.       Results / Performance will be measured against the quality of technical Design, proposal and presentation, Revenue of awarded projects and customer satisfaction score.

9.       Focus on Pre-sales support while assists Delivery team in solution delivery.

10.   All rounded skills and competence are demanding by customer, this position is required to grow the skill and competence in a consistent way to meet customer expectation.

11.   Ensure cost effective solution to be supplied in order to address customer demands in Technology Solution, Software define networking and Cloud computing applications.

12.   Improve sales margin by manging the cost of solution components as well as Design optimization .

13.   Assists Sales Specialist team to meet the sales target.

Requirements

1.       At least 10 years of IT experience and technology in related fields.

2.       Have CISCO CCIE R&S, VMware VCP, Nutanix /DELLEMC HCI, Traditional Hardware (Server/Network/Storage), Microsoft MCSE. Have AliCloud ACP, Azure Admin, AWS Solution Architect, Viptela, Velocloud, Fortinet SDWAN certification certification are plus.

3.       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4.       Writing Technical Solution experience.

5.       English read & write.
