职位描述
-Responsible for the development and testing, technical verification, user manual preparation, on-site training and operation support of elevator technical data related projects (including Internet of Elevator).
-Act as the project general coordinator for the business requirements of the Service department to ensure that the business processes and requirements are asserted during the implementation of the project.
-To assist Project Planner on making plan for the development, testing and rollout training etc. oversee the execution of the plan and make specific improvement plan for the disconnection parts.
-Allocate resources (including information) needed for the development, implementation and continual improvement of the project plan.
-Ensure that testing works shall be performed according to relevant procedures, instructions and other specified requirements.
-Test project deliverables against business scenarios and development test cases, and conduct simulator or real elevator verification.
-Ensure that testing is carried out in a safe, efficient and effective manner, and in compliance with all applicable regulations in safety.
-Prepare and issue Project related Service policies, work procedures and implementation rules, and re-issue after changes.
-Lead the project support team to provide help for problems in project promotion and subsequent daily use, and feedback the intensive reflected problems to the project team, release any existing solutions to each Branch.
-Collect statistical data, make an assessment for the application usage result and submit a report to Project Team.
-Deal with emergency cases during the project implementation process and make report to HQ and Project Team in time.
-Other assignments from direct superior.
职位要求:
-B.S and above in computer science, electric information, electromechanical engineering or management.
-More than 3 years of working experiences.
-With working experience in elevator industry. With working experience in project team. With working experience in process optimization.
-Fluent English skills. Good mastery of Office application.
