1．工作职责：完成日常临床检验工作；能够独立完成常规血液学、免疫学、临床化学等常规检验项目；熟悉检验科质控程序和规则。

2. 要求：医学检验或相关专业专科以上学历，检验师以上职称，从事临床检验工作一年以上，具备一定的英语听说基础，具有团队工作精神和独立工作能力

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above of medical laboratory technology or related field.

2. Certification by the National-level professional evaluation organization. (卫生部全国卫生专业技术考试，检验师)

3. At least two-year working experience as a medical laboratory technologist in the clinical laboratory field.

4. Sound practical knowledge of medical technology including Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology et al

5. Adept in operation of laboratory equipment the ability to maintain and trouble shoot equipment.

6. Ability to work independently and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

7. Highly organised; effective time management ;meticulous attention to detail;maintain a high level of accuracy

8. A customer focus and commitment to the provision of a high quality of service. A professional and courteous manner

9. Good command of both written and spoken of English
