Job description:

1. 负责金属首饰、印刷纸品、皮革制品等为主的产品创意设计、包装设计及完稿图纸制作；

   Responsible for product creative design, packaging design and finished drawing production of metal jewelry, printing paper products, leather products, etc.

2. 负责国外珠宝设计师和供应商、工厂等沟通协作，进行产品打样，并能够对产品的落地质量及制作成本进行有效的把控；

   Responsible for the communication and cooperation between foreign jewelry designers and suppliers, factories, etc., to make product samples, and be able to effectively control the quality and production cost of products.

3. 洞悉国内外前沿市场趋势，梳理电商及线下零售数据，进行新产品、新品类挖掘及策划

   Gain insight into domestic and foreign frontier market trends, comb e-commerce and offline retail data, and carry out new product and category mining and planning.

4. 指导工厂实现产品开发，细化图纸，提高工厂的打样开发效率，缩短开发过程。

   Guided the factory to realize product development, refined drawings, improved the efficiency of sample making and development, and shortened the development process.

5. 与方案设计师沟通配合，准确领会设计意图，为项目设计制作3D效果图。

   Communicate and cooperate with the project designer, accurately understand the design intention, and make 3D renderings for the project design.
   
   

任职需求：

Job requirements:

1. 熟练运用3D设计软件，PREO、CATIA、犀牛等设计软件；

   Proficient in 3D design software, such as PREO, CATIA and Rhino

2. 具有深厚的设计功底和良好的创意构思能力，有很强的创意能力和良好审美，对传统文化和潮流文化都有深入研究，有活跃的设计思维；

   With profound design foundation and good creative conception ability, strong creative ability and good aesthetic appreciation, in-depth research on traditional culture and trend culture, and active design thinking;

3. 具有敏锐的观察力，善于发现市场需求，极强的执行能力；

   With keen observation, good at discovering market demand, strong executive ability

4. 3年以上相关品类开发设计工作经验（至少有服饰、饰品、箱包等其中一项类目2年以上产品开发经验），能独立对接供应商，进行产品线规划及开发推进；

   At least 3 years of relevant category development and design experience (at least 2 years of product development experience in one category of clothing, accessories, luggage and bags, etc.), able to independently contact suppliers for product line planning and development promotion.

5. 工业设计/视觉传达/服装设计/产品设计/绘画等相关专业本科以上优先；

   Bachelor degree or above in industrial design/visual communication/garment design/product design/painting, etc.

6. 善于沟通，责任心强，良好的职业素养。

   Good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, good professional quality

7. 良好的英语口语能力

   Good oral English
