1. 按车间计划检查生产条件是否具备（人、机、料、法、工具），并落到实处。

Check whether the production conditions(Human,machine ,material,method,tools)are available according to the plan,and implement them.

2. 依据ProALPHA系统中材料清单检查物料的符合性、完整性，核对工单。

Check the materials according to the BOM of ProALPHAsystem,and check the work order.

3. 依据《操作指导书》，组织生产、排定工序，同时做好每条线的首检。

According to the operation instruction ,organize the production and arrange the process,and do the first inspection of each line.

4.对新员工进行面试及培训，做好员工请假的批准及工作安排。

Interview and train new operators, make leave approval and work arrangement.

5. 填写生产报表，及时上报生产异常情况，切实执行异常整改措施。

Fill the production report lists ,report the abnormal production situation in time ,                                                                                                                                  implement the abnormal rectification measures.

6. 督促员工做好5S、设备清洁保养工作。

Do a good job of 5S and equipment cleaning .

7. 填写、发送质量异常报告，参与头脑风暴，检讨并寻求预防纠正措施。

Fill in and send quality abnormalrepoet , join in brainstorming,review and seek preventive and corrective measures.

8. 监管本班组的劳动纪律，现场生产秩序。

Supervise the labor discipline and on-site production order of the team.

9. 遵守公司安全、品质、工艺、卫生等各项规章制度，服从工作安排。

Abide by the company’s safety,quality,technology,hygieneand other rules,obey the work arrangement.

10. 按规定填写当班各项相关记录,按时上报或整理各项表格填写。

Fill in the relevant records of the shift according to the regulations ,report or sort out all forms on time .

11. 完成部门年度管理目标

Complete the annual managerment objectives of the department.
