Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for project lifetime management start from TG0 to 6 months after SOP.

• Lead cross function team (Global team) to achieve the project targets (SOP date, project cost, project performance, project quality, deliverables…) according to PUNCH procedure.

• Control and monitoring project status, make sure project is under control (Issues, risks…)

• Regular report project status to Management and customer.

• Escalate to management in time when the project deviate from the target which cannot be solved within team.

• Maintain a good relationship with customers and cooperate with internal departments such as sales, production, quality, purchasing and AS&S in order to timely realize the application project.

• Support sales to acquire new application projects.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor degree and above.

• Minimum 3 years project management experience, preferably in Auto.

• Good leadership, team player, communication, coordination and problem solving skills.

• Flexible with working hours due to time different

• Fluent in oral and written English

• Familiar with APQP

• Good MS office
