• You will be joining a team of engineers responsible for developing and improving continuously variable transmissions
• You will take part in the design of control strategies and physical modelling of components for continuously variable transmissions
• You will play a major role in Model Based Design processes (modeling, validation, prototyping) and C Language design processes                

• You will design, develop and validate the control strategies for specific functions or modules in the controls software.
• You will be involved in every step of the software development V-cycle for the functions that you are working on, i.e. defining the requirements, designing the control strategies, implementing them in Simulink, verifying and validating them on different platforms (MIL, HIL, test bench, vehicle).
• You will work closely with other teams, like the system engineering -, mechanical -, hydraulics - and calibration team, to discuss and define the requirements.

• You will play a major in vehicle performance simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink model
• As technical expert you will be leading engineering activities and coaching other controls engineers
• You will monitor the progress and quality of Controls related issues solving

任职资格：

• Master degree in Automotive/Mechanics/Electronics/Software
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in automotive engineering environment
• Strong technical background in control strategies development for automatic transmission or powertrain components
• Experienced with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, MAAB rules and C Language.
• Good understanding of vehicle powertrains technology and components.
• Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g. CANape, CANalyzer, INCA etc.)
• Knowledge of vehicle communication systems e.g. CAN, XCP, UDS etc.
• Clear communication, proficient in reporting knowledge and results.
• Good proficiency of English
