工作职责:

职位概述：协助完成入离职办理、人事系统维护、员工档案管理等人事基础性工作。

工作职责：

1、按照公司要求，协助完成入离职手续办理；

2、定期整理员工档案；

3、人力资源系统人事信息维护、部分人事数据制作；

4、各类人事外勤；

5、协助部门内同事完成临时交待的其它基础性工作。

任职资格:

1、国家统招2021届本科及以上学历，专业不限，有人力资源管理实习经验优先；

2、沟通表达良好，认真、耐心、细心，责任心强，踏实敬业；

3、熟练操作办公软件；

4、实习期低于三个月请勿投。
