1. 在遵循集团人力资源管理制度与政策的前提下，全面统筹规划所有人力资源开发及战略管理，拟定人力资源规划方案，并监督各项计划的实施；

2. 根据公司人力资源规划及战略，结合业务部门实际情况，做好人力资源相关工作，配合业务部门做好人才培养与发展提供专业支持；

3. 参与公司经营决策，适时向决策层提供建设性建议和意见；

4. 定期对公司的人力资源状况进行分析，向总裁提出优化管理、提高工作效率的建议和措施，不断提高公司的管理水平；

5. 建立健全公司各项人力资源管理制度、完善企业管理流程、企业文化制度，并组织贯彻实施及监督；

6. 负责组织绩效考核方案的制定及监督实施工作，建立科学的绩效管理标准体系，不断修订、完善考核方案，适时做好激励与奖惩；

7. 按照公司总体发展规划，设计培训体系，通过组织和实施各类培训，形成团队核心凝聚力与创造性，提高团队工作士气，不断提高员工队伍素质；

8.负责各类管理信息反馈，处理员工投诉、负责协调、化解员工及部门冲突、调和关系等相关工作。

岗位要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，英语流利，有海外留学背景优先。

2. 8年以上企业人力资源管理经验，其中在商业房地产行业2年以上工作经验者优先。

3. 对现代企业管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验，能够指导各个模块的工作。

4. 熟悉国家及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策。

具有出色的沟通协调能力、应变能力及解决问题的能力。
