职位描述
The Job Holder is responsible for the successful end user adoption of Group system localisation. The Job Holder will work closely with a number of group and country stakeholders, including group system project team, global SD networking, country HR teams, GPS support teams, to ensure that new system land successfully into country, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Localisation
The job holder will be responsible for managing HR payroll & benefits & operation aspects of global system localisation, change and enablement plan into China, to agreed timelines and quality:
· Collect and evaluate local adoption through defined measures and provision of feedback to global project team
- Work closely with in-country HR teams to drive system adoption of local regulatory & legislative needs
- Work closely with the global project team to prioritise change and enablement activities per project timeline
- Engage with global SD networking to benchmark the best practices and localisation plan
- QA of overall country changes to ensure aligned stakeholder engagement and reduced end user impact
· Consolidate and manage risks and mitigation activities, with any issues being reported to the global HR project team and country HR Risk Manager
- Development of strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed
Process Design
· Lead process owners to design seamless system flow for improved employee experience and reduced manual efforts, including but not limited in payroll, benefit, services.
· Work with process owners to refresh end-to-end processes, coping with the new system, with critical controls in place
Risk and Compliance
- Ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved via the defined escalation process is in place
- Manage project and deployment governance through the appropriate forums and governance as set by the bank
- Ensure all Project documents are audit ready at all times
- Maintain Project Document Repository in SharePoint
- Understand the project lifecycle and ensure all stages of the lifecycle are managed accordingly
Regulatory & Business conduct
- Comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
- Understand and ensure compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group’s policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of project management, change management, or transformation experience; prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
- Experience of SuccessFactors is necessary
- Experience in payroll & benefits operation is necessary
- Experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable
- Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business team and working environment
- Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint, MS Project skills
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation
- Demonstrated a proven record of success, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
- Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading best practices
- Developing and executing robust change and adoption strategies
- Communicating effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences
- Project Management accreditation – PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2
- Evidence of prior experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders and providing high quality presentations and updates
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
- Demonstrated competency in decision making and problem solving; resource management; conflict management; leadership; and planning, prioritising and goal setting.
