岗位职责

1、负责阿里巴巴国际站主/子账号的运营操作，包括产品上架、优化、定期更新；

2、通过阿里巴巴后台及google关键词等各种渠道，收集行业热门关键词，建立词库，拓展精准、高转化询盘词；

3、负责外贸直通车P4P的管理，提高店铺和产品的曝光率，点击率和转度、提出关键词的优化方案并执行，详情页优化，提升店铺及产品排名；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，英语四级以上

2、熟练操作阿里巴巴国际站，熟悉平台的搜索排名和优化，熟悉关键字策略、销售化率（有效询盘量）；

3、每日店铺后台数据监控，分析，定期对推广效果进行诊断，跟踪，评估；对线上店铺日常数据直接负责，包括流量、点击率、转化率、复购率等，并形成报表和提出改进策略；

4、根据用户行为习惯分析关键词选取设置技巧；进行数据分析、评估关键词质量策划、后台操作流程；

5、 半年以上阿里巴巴国际站独立运营管理经验；

6、乐观、聪明、皮实、自省。

Our team has eleven years of experience in plush toys and home textiles. We started to engage into the business of pet toys since the Year 2013.After two year’s hard working,we have been dedicated in shaping ourselves into a qualified pet toy supplier in manufacturing,trading especially in designing.
We own one design studio with two gifted designers,together with several skilled workers in Nanjing,which could provide us more than one design each day.Based on their excellent design ability, along with our good market pricing strategy,our designs are selling very good in European and US market.We treat “DESIGN” as the most important factors in our business, and we are always spending most of our resources on how to improve in this field.
We source from four highly cooperative factories in Jiangsu province.Some of them has passed BSCI,ICTI,ISO9001,ISO14001,and passed audits from big customers such as Disney,Walmart and so on.Also we hold shares of one factory,which could guarantee our supply capacity if we got those orders which are smaller or urgent.
Besides,we also focus on quality of our product,Two QCs from our QC department are always travelling among our factories every day.For all the big or small orders,we arranged ”Initial Inspection””On-processing Inspection””Final Inspection” , in order to guarantee our production process is correct and going well.
