岗位职责：

1.协助园长制定招生计划和招生目标，招生宣传工作；

2.负责咨询家长来电咨询和解答，家长接待工作，家长意见收集；

3.协助园长完成幼儿园参观等接待协调，根据园所工作计划，做好家长、社会工作，组织好大型主题活动（如：半日活动、亲子活动、主题活动等）；

4.协助园长进行教师队伍建设，实施科学先进的幼儿园管理方法，并组织教师招聘及学习培训、不断提高工作质量与教学质量。

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the principal in formulating the enrollment plan and target, and in the enrollment publicity;

2. Responsible for consulting and answering parents' calls, parents' reception and parents' opinions collection;

3. Assist the principal in completing the reception and coordination of kindergarten visits and other activities; according to the work plan of the kindergarten, did well in parents' and social work, and organized large-scale themed activities (such as half-day activities, parent-child activities, themed activities, etc.);

4. Assisted the principal in the construction of teachers, implemented scientific and advanced kindergarten management methods, organized the recruitment and training of teachers, and constantly improved the quality of work and teaching.

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，学前教育或行政管理专业毕业；

2.1-3年相关工作经验，有国际幼儿园或其它教育机构相关经验者优先；

3.具有一定的行政管理知识，组织协调能力强，思维敏捷、应变能力强，有服务他人意识；

4.熟练使用office办公软件（EXCEL/PPT/WORD）及多媒体设备。

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in preschool education or administration;

2.1-3 years relevant working experience, international kindergarten or other educational institutions are preferred;

3. Have certain knowledge of administrative management, strong organization and coordination ability, quick thinking and strain ability, and have the consciousness of serving others;

4. Proficient in office software (EXCEL/PPT/WORD) and multimedia equipment.

南京凯斯御钟山幼儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
幼儿园位于环陵路101-1号，地处风景优美、景色秀丽的钟山风景区核心地段，为复地御钟山高端住宅区配套的一所“会所式”幼儿园，外观为一栋独栋的法式宫廷建筑，被钟山高尔夫、紫园、帝豪等众多高端住宅区所簇拥。

园所环境：
南京市凯斯御钟山幼儿园是Kids ‘R’ Kids品牌旗下，在中国南京设立的一所直营园。我园建筑面积 4200平米（建筑3100平米，车库1100平米）、户外活动场地 3600 平米，严格按照美国KRK装修质量标准设计打造，园内班级设置为每半岁为一个年龄段，共开设10个班级。精心打造各类功能室，设有“音体活动室”、“感统训练室”、“科学探索室”、“多媒体教室”、“美术馆”、“图书馆”、“建构馆”、“生活馆”等。

班级设置：
幼儿园总共设置10个班级，2016年9月计划开放3个教室，分别为1—2岁班、2—3岁班、3—4岁班，视招生情况会逐渐增加班级。

南京文思荟智育儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
园区位于中航金城一号。
 
园所环境：
我园建筑面积1600平米、户外活动场地400平米，參照美国高端0-6岁托育机构的装修质量标准，并结合中国教育部颁发的《江苏省学前教育条例》&《江苏省幼儿园办园标准及评估细则》&中国文化及生活习惯进行空间划分，全园开设8个班级。精心打造各类功能室和配有空气净化系统的室内活动空间，设有“音体活动室”、“科学建构室”、“阅读室”、“幼儿餐厅”等。
