- To lead the process for solving user’s change request or new request, including business requirement analysis, functional design and specification, configuration, testing, documentation and training.

    

- Be responsible for all issues regarding the operation and support of SAP system

    

- Provide support for users with SAP knowledge and usage

    

- Regular check and monitor ERP system for abnormal points and help/co-ordinate users solve them

    

- Take part in project for implementing new business application/modules

    

- Contact HQ or third party for further support and solution

    

- Other work assigned by superior

    

- Meet the requirements of IATF16949 / ISO14001 standard in routine works.

    

- Identify, evaluate and improve risk and opportunity related to IT Dept.

任职资格：

- Bachelor degree or above

    

- More than 5 years experience in SAP ERP system application management/support and project implementation.

    

- Be familiar with FICO and PP (or ***) modules operation and integration relationship and background configuration.

    

- Be able to complete user demand analysis, process optimization, system implementation and go-live. Project management experience is preferred.

    

- Experience of setup and implementation of Microsoft Power BI with SAP system is preferred.

    

- Strong organization, coordination and communication skills.
