- At least 3 years experience in garment merchandising.

至少三年以上外贸成衣（或纺织品）跟单经验

- Fluent written and spoken English. Strong understanding of textile language.

熟悉英文写作，日常口语沟通无障碍；对纺织品类相关英文精通

- Proficiency in operating a PC (MS Windows, Office, ERP).

熟悉各类办公软件(Word, Excel, PPT等) 

- Deep knowledge of garments: need to understand about fabrics, garment construction, trims and accessories, embelishments, washes, and production flow.

具备成衣类相关知识，如工艺，面辅料，印绣花，洗水等。  

 -Proficiency in understanding comments/revisions and communicating with both customers and suppliers assertively.
