The Role

Job Title: Product Support

Report to: Product Support Team Leader

Coverage area: Jiangsu(except Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou), Anhui

Base: Nanjing
Business travel: 60%

Mission:

Drive sales of assigned product lines, provide pre-sales supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handle our sales the MES’s concept and system training
• Handle our sales Synatec training
• Visit customer with sales to find the Synatec opportunity
• Use MES skills to guide customer and find our tool’s opportunity
• Communicate with customer and prepare proposal to customer
• Working closely with Synatec team and ACA to meet customer’s needs
• Take back up of normally PS’s work

• Bachelor degree in engineering;

Experience Experience

• Minimum 3 years of technical support or application working experience in automation  industry
• Familiar with MES application environment
• Familiar with PLC programming is a plus
• Industrial marketing experience is a plus

Knowledge

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends; knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus
• Industrial assembly experience is a plus.

Skill:

• Presentation skill

• PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Language

• Good English skill both in oral and written
