1. Participate in the formulation and modification of equipment documents (PM,AM)

参与设备文件的制定与修改（设备维护保养规程、维护计划、保养表、点检表等）

2.Carry out preventive maintenance plan

执行设备预防维护计划。

3. Repair production equipment in a timely basis

及时修复故障设备

4.  Participate in Installation, commissioning,and validation of equipment

参与设备的安装调试和验证       

5.  Apply for purchasing spare parts in time acordingto the operation status of the equipment,and do the selection of replacement spare parts.

根据设备运行状况及时申请采购备件，做好替换备件的选型工作。

6.Fill in equipment repair and maintenance records in time

及时填写设备维修和保养记录

7. Any other duties as assigned by the immeditate superior

岗位要求

Above 3 years working experience innon-standard automation maintenance area,

3年以上非标自动化设备维护经验。

Good knowhow in PLC and HMI programming,familiar with the application of servocontrol system and troubleshooting methods 了解PLC和人机界面的程序编写，熟悉伺服控制系统的应用和故障排除方法。

Injection molding machine maintenance experence is preferred 

有注塑机的维护经验者优先

Be able to read mechanical drawings and electrical drawings

能看懂机械图纸和电气原理图

- Good communication skills, 良好的沟通能力。.

- Ability to work independently 独立开展工作的能力。

后续可能要倒班。
