Key Responsibilities:

  

• Work with line manager in developing and executing talents sourcing strategies and plans 协助上级开展和实施招聘计划，完成招聘任务

• Be responsible for recruitment include, but not limited to collect the staff requisition from the dept., post the job ad., scan the CV, conduct interview, propose the candidate, arrange for the further interview, finalize the offer 主要负责人员招聘工作，包括但不限于发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、安排面试，评估候选人并提供初步面试报告、跟进面试的全程、人员的录用安排

• Continuously meet with hiring managers to understand the candidate feedback and discuss any change in strategy 与各部门保持密切沟通，明确招聘需求，了解对候选人的反馈

• Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent, and filling vacancies efficiently 积极拓展、开发、维护、优化各种招聘渠道与招聘方式，及时有效完成招聘计划

• Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management 定期汇总、统计招聘数据，并进行分析

• Be a positive member in other HR projects if necessary 支持其它部门内的活动，完成上级安排的其他工作

            

 

  

 

  

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  

• Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience 本科以上学历

• At least 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in life-science or related industry, headhunter experience is a plus 2年以上生命科学或相关行业的招聘工作经验，有猎头工作经验优先

• Strong understanding and communication skills, innovative and resourceful 具有出色的沟通能力，解决问题能力强

• Good team player, be able to work under pressure, result driven 具有团队互助精神，能够承受一定的压力，结果导向

• Good command of English in both written and spoken 英语听说读写能力良好
