Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead battery cell calibration test and data processing
• Lead battery pack integration test and data processing
• Lead to develop cell calibration table in time with accuracy
• Lead to do battery cell life predication and support HV battery life predication
• Support High Voltage (HV) BMS benchmarking
• Support HV battery control software troubleshooting per demand
• On-site support battery pack assembly if necessary
• Interact with battery system team, cell development team, control strategy team, test labs, to support battery management system (BMS) software release on time with quality

Qualifications Required

• Major in Electrochemistry, Electrical Engineering, Software engineering, Computer science, Math, Data Processing, etc.
• Knowledge about new energy vehicle, high-voltage battery system
• Experience on MATLAB, SIMULINK, Modelling is preferred
• Experience on software programming, big data processing with Excel, Python, C, C++, is preferred
• Experience on high-voltage battery management system (BMS) is preferred
• Hands- on experience with CAN tools is preferred
• Strong logical thinking, good project management skill, good teamwork
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent can-do attitude and executive ability.
