Job Position – Customer Success Engineer

Education 

Required:              BSc University Degree or Technical Diploma in related field

Experience

Required:       Previous experience in providing technical customer support

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Required:       Track record in providing outstanding and unparalleled customer service

                      Thorough understanding of IT architectures including relational databases and web applications

                      Excellent time management and organizational skills

                      Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

                      Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills

                      Ability to work efficiently and independently

                      Display strong work ethic and do whatever it takes to get the job done

                      Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact

                      Enthusiastic self-learner and wish to develop technical skills

Languages

Must be fluent in English– additional languages are an advantage
