1. DFM review of PCB in collaboration with design team, SQE, and manufacturing engineering team together.

2. As PCB manufacturing process expert to coach team and improve team competence.

3. Stand together with hardware engineer and manufacturing engineer to optimize panel design, layout design, improve utility rate and contribute to manufacturing efficiency.

4. Support sourcing team to develop new potential PCB suppliers, and business bargain to contribute for cost constant improvement.

5.  As member of design team, work with mechanical, hardware and software engineer together to design, simulate and analysis product with CAD/CAE tools.

Necessary requirement 任职资格:

 

1. Good knowledge about quality system (e.g. ISO9000, ISO14001, VDA6.3, TS16949);

   对于汽车行业质量体系的基础知识和流程的掌握，比如. ISO9000, ISO14001, VDA6.3, TS16949。

2.  Basic Business English language required

   基本商务英语沟通无障碍

3. At least 5 years’ experience in automotive PCB supplier.  Be familiar with PCB manufacture and process requirements, master in PCB design rule and good understanding of customer design concept to communicate with customer.

   至少5年汽车工业领域的电路印刷版供应商公司经验.熟练掌握电路印刷版的生产和制造工艺要求，精通电路印刷版的设计原则，同时基于客户产品的知识理解，能够和客户由良好的沟通。

4. At least 5 years working experience. Mech-electronics field experience is plus

     至少5年工作经验. 机械电子工程行业经验优先

5. Above engineering bachelor’s degree required, electronics relative is preferred.

   工程背景本科学士以上，电子或者软件相关背景优先。

6. Strong team working sprit and strong proactive working attitude with target orientation. Delivery results in time acc. to project manager or line leader
