岗位职责
Role & Responsibility

 
  1. 负责中国员工关键福利项目的执行,包括支持福利项目制订和供应商选择、核对系统福利数据并与供应商进行准确数据交换、内部员工沟通、费用结算等,以确保福利项目顺利执行。Manage key benefit programs for China all employees, including supporting benefit program design, vendor selection, system benefit data verification, data exchange with the vendor, employee communication, payment to the vendors and so on. Ensure the benefit programs be well implemented.
  2. 管理福利项目的外部供应商,主动收集关于福利项目的内外部反馈意见,为持续性改进福利项目提供支持,积极推动内外部操作流程改进。Manage the benefit program external vendors. Actively collect the internal and external feedback regarding the benefit program. Support the benefit program continuous enhancement. Lead the operation process improvement.
  3. 负责外籍员工的工作许可、居留许可的管理。Manage the work permit and resident permit for local hired foreigners.
  4. 熟知公司内部人力资源管理相关制度、流程,回答员工通过热线、在线聊天工具及内部网站所咨询的问题。Be familiar with internal HR related policy and Process. Answer employees’ questions raised though HR hotline, online chat and HR Portal.
  5. 在工单系统中处理并记录员工提出的问询和解决方案,并对相关电子文件在系统中进行存档; 根据员工集中咨询、反馈的问题,不断完善FAQ(Frequently Ask Questions)及指导文件。Handle customer inquiries and record the resolutions in internal system. File the related documents. Keep updating FAQ and guide book, based on the frequently ask questions from customers.
 
职位要求
Requirement:
  1. 4年以上大型企业人力资源相关工作经验, 熟悉商业保险、员工体检、异地派遣等福利项目 ;4 years above working experience in HR field, Familiar with benefit programs, such as commercial insurance, medical check-up, relocation supporting and so on
  2. 丰富的供应商管理经验Solid experience on the vendor management
  3. 良好的沟通、协调能力Good communication and cooperation skill
  4. 客户为中心的服务理念Customer centric mindset
  5. 主动推进工作,对流程改进有较高的敏感度Be actively to drive the work. Have the acumen to enhance the process
  6. 可以正常用英文开展工作English as the working language
