RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

1. Assisting BD team to draft and revise project development related documents, including NDA, LOI, MOU, cooperation agreement with government, JV contract with the partners, construction and lease contract, subsequent capital increase agreement and etc.
2. Drafting and reviewing daily operation contracts and providing legal advice to various departments;
3. Assisting with the establishment of the new schools;
4. Assisting with group financing and M&As and providing legal advice for group’s future listing;
5. Maintain and manage the group intellectual property;
6. Participate in improving the compliance and risk control policies;
7. Keeping updated on the industry-related law and policies and their development and providing legal advice for corporate structure;
8. Other tasks assigned by the legal director.

                                        

• 协助集团BD团队起草、修改相关项目开发文件，包括保密协议、意向书、备忘录、与政府合作协议、与资金方的合资合作合同、租赁建设合同，后续增资协议等；
• 起草、审阅日常运营合同，为各部门提供法律意见和咨询；
• 协助新建学校的设立；
• 协助集团的融资、并购项目，为集团未来上市提供法律意见；
• 集团知识产权维护和管理；
• 参与完善公司的合规和风控制度；
• 掌握和更新行业内相关法律和政策变化，为集团架构提供法律意见；
• 其他法务总监指派的任务。

                                        

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS任职要求

• Good team player, recognition of our corporate culture and values;
• Bachelor degree in law or above;
• 3-5 years PQEs in law, education or real estate related industry experience preferred, having both law firm and in-house experience preferred;
• Strong accountability, hands-on, having business acumen;
• Solid legal skills, can work independently;
• Passed the Chinese Bar exam;
• Can work in both Chinese and English.
