1.  Direction and control (schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project management team
2.  Ensure the projects are working to the company procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific agenda with respect of customers projects targets
3.  Ensure execution of project deliverables on time, on budget, with correct numbers, and at correct quality level
4.  Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities act according to the process
5.  Assurance that all project risks are properly escalated to project team, and all critical &urgent issues to the Management with regular basis：weekly review with BU programs director, monthly with group presidents level
6.  Keep good coordination, communication, and good relationships with HQ Management and teams, Global Teams, Manufacturing facility/teams and the customers
7.  Work closely with our manufacturing partners to assure that they follow the targets of deliverables, especially in the eyes of our customers.
8.  Leading the technical audits, customer visits, and project reviews at our China & oversea manufacturing facilities
9.  Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety act

？  Manage the demand both of product and client

？  Knowledge on the project background,manage the deliverables of each milestone on design and development phase.

？  Master the tool and method of product development (QFD, etc.)

？  Manager the technical evaluation, valued on and other changes.

Product Industrialization

？  Understand the key points ,evaluation and leadership on the tooling and production process development

？  Process maturity evaluation action plans checking and management ,Production capacity 

？  Quality Management

？  Checking realization and verification of deliverables and the feasibility in different phase of project

？  Participation in the method and process improvement on quality inspection

Logistics Management

？  Supervise the logistics deliverable on the RFQ phase and products delivery planning 

？  Follow the packaging tests and logistics flow tests

Cost continuous improvement

？  Keep Close eye on the project cost & budget establishment and evolution 

？  Monitor the cost improvement action plans with all cross –functional dept. from product & process design phase till the SOP

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Automotive industrial engineering

？  Minimum 5-8 years working experience, at least 3years in program management, preferably in automotive industry and with thermal system products. 

？  Excellent leadership, communications, listening, influencing, team work, conflict management and interpersonal skills

？  Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.

？  Excellent decision-making and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

？  Experienced within international company with international customers on international projects

？  Familiar with the IATF16949 management system

？  Familiar with the five major tools in the automotive industry: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA;

？  Knowledge on quality problem solving methods, such as 5Why, 8D, PDCA, etc.;

？  Timely anticipate and deal with production process problems and implement countermeasures

？  Independently lead the analysis and resolution of manufacturing process problems;

？  Strong resistance to compression, strong communication and coordination skills, and priority for those who have done PSA projects

？  Excellent English speaking & writing

？  PMI certified is preferred
