Main duties/ Reporting relationships:  

1. Specially involved in static equipment engineering from front end studies till completion of detailed engineering with covering the following key functions:

2. Preparing and developing the equipment data sheet, specification, equipment design and calculations.

3. Issuing material requisition for bidding and ordering.

4. Bid evaluation and recommendation for final selection of equipment.

5. Interface with other disciplines by providing equipment data.

6. Vendor document review.

7. Assisting in bidding and technical proposal for new project.

8. Support testing and Inspection of the Equipment at Vendor Shop.

9. Support Construction/Commissioning at project site by resolving the mechanical design issue including liaison with vendor.                  

 

Qualifications Requirements& Education Background:  

Recognized Degree or Professional Qualification in Mechanical Engineering ( Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering) Institute and International engineering company for oil and gas, petro-chemical, chemical industries. Computer literate is must. Good skills at AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Proficient static professional software running ability .

Good interpersonal and commutation skill.

Familiar with local and international design codes and standard including GB , ASME, API and ANSI, ISO etc.

Fluent English skill in both of oral and writing.

Good knowledge in Static equipment (like columns, exchangers, reactors, vessels, tanks… etc.) design, fabrication, inspection and acceptance

Min.5 years working experience in static equipment engineering, preferable working experience in Chinese Designing
