Job purpose:

? Accomplish the assignment from company/line manager; 

? Lead and ensure the daily operation of construction department;

? Assignment of suitable construction resources, monitoring of implementation of construction procedures, including quality, costs and schedule, etc. and capable to provide supports to counterpart departments if required;  

? Support bidding and execution of feeds and large EPC/ECPm projects from the point of Construction. 

Main duties:

? Day to day administration of Construction department;

? Define/Provide, in cooperation with the TechnipFMC Group, technical support including working procedures, Construction practices and IT tools etc necessary to support the construction staff;

? General administration of construction personnel including timesheet TRF, etc;

? Focal Point for construction related communication with Group/company;

? Construction staff sourcing and recruitment;

? Maintaining and updating the department database;

? Assign construction staff to various projects’ sites;

? Monitor the implementation of construction tools/procedures (FQP, material control, etc.);   

? Support with all technical services the proposal and estimating as needed;

? Collect all feedbacks and lessons learned from the sites (for instance on erection 

matters, missing information on Standard methods, etc);

? Ensure, in cooperation with the home office, proper resources utilization among the construction department section according to company workload;

? Ensure, in cooperation with the project management, section heads, proper training to all the resources recruited for home office section or assigned to site.

Qualifications Requirements: 

Must have:

? Above college degree

? Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of construction 

? Proven 5-8+ years of experience as construction Manager of Engineering management company  

? Fluency in English
