ACCOUNTABILITIES 岗位要求
1. Responsible for the overall product management, collecting information internally & externally,and develop the PM team to better know the market in, applications, size, trends
负责整个产品类的管理，收集内部和外部的信息，以便更好地了解市场、应用、规模、趋势和竞争。
2. Develop the PM team to deeply understand the target customers, including their products, process and requirement. Capably to identify product opportunities for existing or new products.
促进产品组团队以深入了解目标客户，包括他们的产品、工艺和要求，能够识别现有产品或新产品的市场机会。
3. Responsible for a specific series of product, manage the whole product life cycle.including identify market opportunity, support new product development projects, coordinate the launch projects, regular product administration (e.g. V1) and phasing out projects.
负责某一系列产品，管理整个产品生命周期。包括识别市场机会，支持新产品开发项目，协调产品发布，产品常规管理和产品淘汰项目。
4. Responsible for China overall product strategy with support of headquarters, in aspects of product portfolio, local new product development, product life cycle management from launch to phase out.
在总部的支持下，负责中国市场的产品战略，包括产品组合、本地新产品开发、产品生命周期管理（从上市到淘汰）。
5. Communicate and cooperate with different teams to execute the product strategy.
与各部门进行沟通和合作，执行产品策略。
6. Other task assigned by superior.
上级安排的其他任务。
REQUIREMENTS 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering is preferred
本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先
2. More than 3-5 years working experience in furniture, 2 years or above team management experience, working experience in foreign company is preferred
拥有3-5年家具方面工作经验， 2年及以上的团队管理经验，有外企工作经验者优先
3. At least 3 years related technical background, Decoration relative industry background, ideally his/her current customers are also customized furniture company, or decoration companies.
至少3年相关技术背景，有装修行业相关背景，客服群体为定制家具或装饰公司尤佳
4. Experience in a product marketing role in B2B business. Specially successfully experience in new product development.
拥有B2B企业产品营销工作经验，特别是新产品开发方面的成功经验
5. Good communication skills in English, German is preferred,fluently use Microsoft.
熟练的英语沟通能力，会德语者优先考虑，熟练使用办公软件
6. Business trip is acceptable (30%-50% on the frequency of business trip).
可以接受出差性质的工作要求（出差频率为30%-50%）
7. Have Team leader abbility, passion for work, pursuit of excellence, strong motivation and ability to motivate people around.
