SUMMARY: (A general description of the major duties of job incumbents) :

Responsible for daily documentations for Railway export & import and Seafreight import shipments.

负责日常铁路进出口和海运进口单证工作。

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Railway Part: ( Import & Export)

1. Review the export and import job file of shipment when taking over from OP.协助操作复审铁路出口/进口货物的单证。

2. Processing data progressively and timely in the system and ensure system data integrity forexport and import job.

适时地按照操作流程录入铁路货物信息并确保系统数据完整性。

3. Check the B/L draft & charges with carrier /shipper within 2 days before vessel departure, and revise the data accordingly.

在货物出运前 2 天，与发货人确认提单及发票，按要求做好相应数据信息更改。

4. Check for on-board status and track the container until shipped on board and vesseldeparture / vessel arrival

适时确认集装箱出运状态，跟踪集装箱配载直至离岸/到港。

5. Issue FCR & invoice to shipper after train departure.

货物离岸后，向发货人签发FCR及发票。

6. Inform agency to release goods after get local charges from shipper.

发货人支付费用后通知代理放货。

7. Prepare documents for pre-alert and the relevant shipping docs and require POD when cargois delivery by railway company.

发送货物预报及相关铁路单证; 送货后及时向铁路公司索要签收单

8. Check job file with OP in due time, and pass the file to Manager for job closing within 7 daysafter ETD.

在货物离岗7日内，及时检查货物所有单证并提交上级经理完成操作归档。

9. Proper paperwork archiving.

做好所有货物相关单证的归档。

10. Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities.

确保及时处理非常规问题。

Sea freight Import part:

1. Review the job file of shipment when taking over from OP.

协助操作复审海运货物的单证。

2. Processing data progressively and timely in the system and ensure system data integrity.

适时地按照操作流程录入海运货物信息并确保系统数据完整性。

3. Check for the B/L draft and feedback when receive pre alert from oversea agent

在收到海外预报的当天，检查和确认提单的正确性，并及时回复海外代理。

4. Check for on-board status and track the container until shipped on board and vessel arrival.

适时确认集装箱出运状态，跟踪集装箱配载直至到港

5. Send arrival notice , BL and other docs to consignee before 1 week of arrival

货物到达前1周，及时发到货通知书和提单等文件于收货人。

6. Check destination fee from shipping line or co loader before arrival and issue cost and selling in OPS system, collect destination fee according M+R standard of FCL or LCL when releasecargo

货物到达前核实船公司或拼箱公司的目的港费用，且及时系统中输入成本和应收费用，根据M+R 目的港收费标准，在换单时向客户收取。

7. Check job file with OP in due and pass the file to team leader for job closing after cargo wasreleased or delivery

进口货物被放货或送货后，及时检查货物所有单证并提交上级经理完成操作归档。

8. Proper paperwork archiving.

做好所有货物相关单证的归档。

9. Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities.

确保及时处理非常规问题。

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To take up additional tasks as assigned.及时完成上级主管安排的工作任务。

2. Back up for other team members when necessary.适时地支援其他组员的工作。

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. College degree or above.大专以上学历。

2. 1-2 years Documentation experience in forwarding industry.

1-2年从事相关货运代理行业单证工作的经验

3. Fluent in written English.

良好的英文书写能力。

4. Familiar with the procedure of seafreight import operation and forwarding related knowledge.

熟悉海运进口操作流程及货代相关知识。

5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

良好的人际交往及沟通能力。

6. Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and good work under pressure.

良好的团队精神，责任心及抗压能力。

7. Good sense of customer service.

良好的客服意识。

8. Working experience in international forwarding company is preferred.

有外资货运代理公司工作经验者优先。
