Manage internal and external HSE issues in Guangzhou  location, maintain communication and work relationship with relative local  authorities. 管理常州工厂的HSE内外部事务,与当地政府相关部门部门保持沟通，建立工作联系。
          2.       Planning and implementation of location-specific  HSE objectives, programs and activities that will improve the HSE awareness and  performance 策划并实施工厂层级的HSE目标，方案及其他活动以持续提升HSE的意识和绩效;
     3.       Coordinate and implement the Global HSE processes  and develop additional needed location specific HSE procedures 协调及实施Global HSE流程并依据厂区的需求制定特定的HSE程序
     4.       Identify the HSE challenges and opportunities  and clearly propose and communicate solutions to the stakeholder in Changzhou  location 识别HSE对应的风险及机遇，并对常州厂区的利益相关方提供对应的建议
     5.       Coordinate and facilitate the HSE related  training programs 协调并促进HSE相关的培训
     6.       Assist line management to conduct HSE hazard  and risk assessments according to ISO14001 and 45001, Conduct target HSE  audits/ inspections 依据ISO14001及45001协助其他直线经理实施HSE的危害辨识和风险评估， 实施执行的HSE审核及检查
     7.       Development and implementation of local  emergency response procedures and evacuation plans 制定并实施厂区层级的紧急应变程序及紧急疏散指南
8.     Collect monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE  indicators, prepare and submit reports in time   收集月度、季度和年度HSE指标，及时编制和提交报告。
9.       Participate in the investigation of HSE  accidents and near misses, take corrective actions and follow up  参与对HSE事故和未遂事件的调查，采取纠正措施并跟进    
    10.    Follow on new HSE laws, legislation and  continuously check the HSE legal compliance, implement the compliance calendar  in location level遵守新的HSE法律法规，并持续检查HSE的法律符合性，在现场执行合规日程

    11.    Regular environmental impact and risk  identification for plant operation together with HSE legislation compliance  monitoring, and involve in HSE issues for new and/or rebuilt investment  projects, action plans propose and finalize for identified major issues 例行环境影响和风险因素辨识，以及健康、安全和环境法规合规性监测，参与新改扩项目的健康、安全和环境问题，针对已识别的重大问题提出并确定行动计划。
    12.    Lead plant HSE regular checking and follow up  corrections. 领导工厂的HSE定期检查和跟踪纠正。
13. Prepare the annual HSE training plan both for  Valmet employees and subcontractors and implement it 为Valmet员工和分包商制定年度HSE培训计划，并加以实施。
14、All other  tasks assigned by line manager or company完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务
