职位描述
1、负责大厦租户入驻、二次装修及退租物业工程部相关流程实施。
2、负责审核二装施工图纸、施工单位资质、施工交付验收及复查安全文件。
3、负责物业工程部二装日常巡检、安全隐患排查、工程进度核查及宣讲物业相关管理规定。
4、负责建立物业工程部二装管理档案、梳理相关流程及更新各类资质文件。
5、负责物业工程二装管理报告编写，确保租户施工按审核方案实施。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，工程管理或相关专业优先。
2、2年以上大型物业二次装修工程管理经验；
3、了解大厦各类设施设备运行基本原理、消防安全知识及各类施工资质要求。
4、熟练操作CAD等绘图软件，熟悉施工图纸审核，有相关资质证书者优先。
5、有良好的组织协调能力和现场经验，处理突发事件的能力。
