职位描述
1、负责写字楼/商场的弱电线路、消防控制设备、多媒体设备、电话、门禁等设备的检修保养；
2、负责各种会议的音响、灯光调试、安装，保证其音响灯光效果；
3、接设施维修通知,应立即到位,迅速抢修,以最短时间完成任务并保证质量,确保写字楼/商场正常运行.维修完毕,须清理现场,恢复原状；
4、严格遵守保养规程及各项规章制度,发现问题及时报告并做好运行记录；
5、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。
职位要求：
1、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
2、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神；
3、良好的团队合作精神。
