1、熟悉写字楼、商场、和房屋结构，水电设施，管线走向；

2、负责辖区内关于木、瓦、水、电、焊等方面的小修小补；

3、负责对辖区内公用部位设施设备的巡视和保养；

4、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作；

5、负责写字楼/商场所有强电设施维修保养和清洁卫生,如电箱、电机、电灯、电缆、电梯等,强电工必须遵照电业安全规程,安全作业。

职位要求：

1、须持有高压 / 低压证书（强电工）;

2、具备较高的维修电工专业知识，钳工知识，变、配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范;

3、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；

4、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神;

5、良好的团队合作精神。
