职位描述
1、在部门经理的带领下统筹项目的客户服务、客户关系管理、客服团队管理等工作；
2、负责重点客户维护、复杂投诉处理，处理措施的总结与分享；对客户满意度负责；
3、掌握物业费收缴情况，及时做好催缴的组织工作；
4、熟悉公司提供的收费服务项目及收费标准，并根据租户需求督促相关部门及时提供服务；
5、负责定期对服务质量进行统计、分析并提出整改方案；
6、负责写字楼各类主题活动策划和执行，拟写客户告知书等文书；
7、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。
职位要求：
1）35岁以下，性别户籍不限，大专及以上学历
2）一年以上相关工作经验，有租赁团队后勤工作经验优先
3）具备一定的谈判能力和文书写作能力，对合同条款有一定认知
4）熟悉***职岗位操作流程
5）熟练使用word、excel等办公软件
6）思路清晰，工作细心，善于沟通且具备较强的应变能力
7）能英语书写及口头交流者优先
