职位描述
1、负责工程和技术的组织、指导及管理工作。负责工程的安装验收、安全运行、维修保养等管理工作；
2、负责对工程部人员的调配和管理。做好技术培训等工作，发挥和调动部门员工的积极性，并按有关制度做好考核工作；
3、制定、完善各项设备管理规章制度，建立并贯彻落实各项设备管理规章制度；
4、及时、高效地诊断并解决设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主；
5、与各个部门之间密切配合，相互沟通。完成上级领导交办的其他各项工作；
6、配合安消部搞好消防、安全工作。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历；；
2、3年以上大型商住大厦或商场（购物中心）工程管理经验；
3、有很强的逻辑思维能力和表达能力，管理和沟通能力；
4、具备相关的电气/机械/空调采暖/供水/锅炉/消防等专业技术知识。
