职位描述
1、负责写字楼/商场的空调、冷暖送风、排风系统设备的修为保养,冷冻机组运行,确保空调系统的正常运行；
2、实施设备的换季检修、保养及系统转换运行。按照所测定的室外温度相对湿度,调节各空调区域的温度和湿度；
3、设备额系统故障时,要及时组织人力抢修,在最短的时间内恢复其使用功能；
4、每天详细记录系统设备在运行过程中的工作状态；
5、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。
职位要求：
1、须持《制冷与空调作业》空调上岗证；
2、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
3、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神;
4、良好的团队合作精神。
