1、负责写字楼/商场所有强电设施维修保养和清洁卫生,如电箱、电机、电灯、电缆、电梯等,强电工必须遵照电业安全规程,安全作业；
2、要熟悉自己管区内的各类高、低压电气设备的情况，在日常检修中发现问题要及时处理，不留隐患。如确实处理有困难时，及时上报上级领导；
3、接设施维修通知,应立即到位,迅速抢修,以最短时间完成任务并保证质量,确保写字楼/商场正常运行.维修完毕,须清理现场,恢复原状；
4、严格遵守保养规程及各项规章制度,发现问题及时报告并做好运行记录；
5、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。

职位要求：

1、须持有高压 / 低压证书;
2、具备较高的维修电工专业知识，钳工知识，变、配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范;
3、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
4、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神;
5、良好的团队合作精神。
