1、负责物业管理费收费通知单的发放和费用的催缴工作；
2、负责公司服务热线电话的值守，并收集掌握热线电话的所有 记录，记录报修情况和服务质量，负责与业主/住户联络；
3、负责业主/住户来信、来访、投诉等处理工作，及时做好回复、 跟踪、检查工作；
4、负责业主/住户满意度调查工作，做好关于业主/住户满意度 调查的各种数据 的统计分析工作；
5、负责收集辖区内用户资料，做好用户档案的管理。

职位要求：

1. 形象气质佳，口齿清楚，普通话标准；

2. 负责相关会展展厅内部的讲解工作；

3. 会议室的日常环境检查，及时跟进客户服务要求保持接待各类物资充足；

4. 按会前要求，提前做好座牌、鲜花的摆放、茶水等各项准备工作；

5. 会议期间，及时做好迎侯、引导、拉椅、续水、送别等服务工作；

6. 会后及时做好会场清理清洁、茶具清洗消毒；

7. 负责会议室费各类环境卫生的监督及整改；

8. 会务结束负责通知设备维护人员关闭设施设备，关闭照明/空调等电器电源，并关好门窗等；

9. 每天下班前进行数据统计收集工作，并向会务主管汇报；

10. 掌握客户日常服务管理上的需求动态，随时报告主管；

11. 提供会议过程中的详细费用发生明细及说明，与客户进行核对并结帐。
