职位描述
1、负责在前台对来宾、来访初步接待，指引；
2、配合接待主管完成部分文件的打印、复印、文字工作；
3、负责管理前台办公用品及办公设备的清洁保养；
4、对工作中出现的各种问题及时汇报，提出工作改进意见；
5、执行公司考勤制度，负责员工的考勤记录汇总、外出登记，监督员工刷卡。
职位要求：
1、 20-35周岁之间；
2、身高162米及以上，具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
3、熟练使用办公自动化软件；
4、具有亲和力、普通话标准，善于沟通；
5、良好的团队合作精神。
