1、根据制度清单，编制部门管理标准、工作规范，形成具实操性的人事及行政管理流程；
2、组织协调、统计各部门的招聘要求，编制年度招聘计划，及时督促与招聘相关岗位的缺岗员工，组织招聘、面试各岗位员工，确保招聘人员业务技能和形象符合岗位要求；
3、负责拟定项目年度培训计划，负责主管级管理技能培训、职业素质培训、新员工培训的组织及授课；
4、根据公司总部下达的年度考核方案，完成项目年度绩效考核工作和月度绩效考核工作；
5、负责项目员工薪酬表的核算、审核，奖金的制定，员工薪酬异动的审核；
6、依据法律法规，妥善处理项目员工劳动关系；
7、项目行政事务和采购工作管理；
8、编制及管控人资成本预算。

职位要求:

1、中级职称或二级以上人力资源管理师优先；
2、三年以上人事行政经理岗位工作经验，熟练掌握人力资源六大模块的实操和运用，熟悉各项相关法律法规；
3、有较强的计划、组织、协调能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神，具有较强的责任心与事业心；
4、有大型知名物业企业工作经验者可优先考虑。
