职位描述
1、统筹协调相关资源，全面负责写字楼大堂现场管理工作；
2、规范对客服务标准，为客人提供高标准的优质服务；
3、负责前台、保安、服务人员的培训工作。对人员的仪容、仪表、言行、举止进行现场监督与管理；
4、负责本部门服务规范和工作流程的贯彻实施；
5、每日检查前台、接待室等负责区域的摆设及其完成情况；
6、负责日常宾客接待工作，根据接待标准及要求逐一布置落实，并顺利有效地实施；
7、协助迎宾员迎送宾客，接待重要客户，搞好对客关系;
8、负责大型活动的宾客接待工作。
9、完成部门经理交办的其他工作任务。
职位要求:
1、物业管理、酒店管理相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、形象气质佳，身高168cm以上；
3、2年以上高端物业写字楼案场管理或星级酒店宾客接待管理经验；
4、具备一定文字功底，有组织写字楼社区文化活动经验者优先；
5、具备较强管理、沟通、协调能力；
