1.新产品零部件开发职责：指导/协同供应商完成产品开发相关计划制定，并跟踪实施，确保开发的产品质量和进度满足项目开发要求，直到项目投产；
2.量产品零部件质量职责：负责指导/协同供应商控制量产零部件质量，如发生质量问题，协助供应商快速解决问题，以确保生产正常进行；
3.供应商质量体系职责：适时监控供应商质量保证体系的有效运行，以确保供应商一直提供高质量的零部件产品；
4.供应商评价管理职责：负责供应商准入和日常的质量业绩评价；
5.采购业务支持职责：负责对采购策略，供应商技术方案评审中质量相关项进行评价；
6.其他职责：根据初创公司要求开展相关工作。


任职要求：
1.三年以上汽车行业供应商技术支持或相关工作经验；
2.熟悉汽车零部件供应商技术支持各种流程工具和方法；
3.熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系，能灵活运用新老质量工具；
4.熟悉汽车零部件产品特性和工艺技术；
5.具有良好的沟通交流能力；
6.具有优秀的道德品质，良好的团队合作精神，积极主动的工作态度，计划性的工作方式。
