The Mechanical Engineer provides subject matter expertise and works with a R&D team of microfluidic IVD equipment to ensure Fluotek continue to perform with new products, including development, optimization and launch of new product Mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the design, development and test verification of mechanical systems, transmission mechanisms and liquid handling.
2. Responsible for the research and development of the whole product and mechanical structure.
3. Responsible for the design of mechanical structure engineering drawings and 3D drawings.
4. Responsible for the selection of equipment components and technical communication with suppliers.
5. Responsible for prototype trial production, troubleshooting, optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, related background in mechanical engineering/material forming and control engineering.
2. Familiar with AutoCAD and at least one 3D design software (Solidworks, Pro/E, Creo).
3. Ability to read and retrieve English documents is preferred.
4. Rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork ability, rich imagination and creativity, and strong self-discipline.

Desired Characteristics ：

1. Familiar with medical equipment related injection molding parts, sheet metal, welding and various machining processes is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using SOLIDWORKS drawing software.
3. Experience in medical device related R&D projects is preferred.

作为机械工程师，你将参与公司全线产品的硬件设计与开发，与软件/算法/机械等模块的研发人员合作完成新产品的开发与上市。

岗位职责：

1. 参与体外诊断产品的机械系统，传动机构和液体处理的设计开发和测试验证；
2. 负责产品整机和机械结构的研发；
3. 负责机械结构工程图以及3D图的设计；
4. 负责设备元器件的选型并与供应商技术沟通；
5. 负责样机的试制，故障处理，优化改进。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械工程/材料成型及控制工程等相关背景；
2. 熟练使用AutoCAD和至少一种3维设计软件（Solidworks、Pro/E、Creo等）；
3. 有阅读和检索英文文献能力者优先；
4. 工作严谨、责任感强、团队合作能力强、想象力创造力丰富、自主自律性强；

优先录取：

1. 熟悉医疗器械相关注塑件、钣金、焊接及各种机加工工艺者优先；
2. 熟练使用SOLIDWORKS绘图软件；
3. 具有医疗器械相关研发项目经验者优先；
