职位描述
1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质；
3、对下属员工及外包商进行日常监督管理；
4、负责协调和管理环境、保安保洁消防等相关工作；
5、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
职位要求：
1、25-54岁，大专及以上学历；
2、了解办公大楼消防及灭火设施设备等有关防火、灭火知识 ；
3、定期对各部门进行防火安全大检查，及时处理发现的火险隐患，并提出整改意见；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，管控外包商各项服务 标准。
