【岗位职责】
1、日常维护社群用户，确保用户的活跃度，负责内容运
营，话题引导，用户答疑等工作；
2、通过社群运营和服务，激发用户参与，挖掘用户需求，
达成课程转化；
3、重视用户满意度，完成每月的销售指标。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具备较强的社群活动策划、维护和执行能力；
3、具有较强服务意识和责任感，了解语言学习用户心理；
4、有教师资格证、英语四六级证书、会计从业资格证或者教育行业销售运营经验者优先                                                                    

 [Job Responsibilities]

1、Daily maintenance of community users, ensuring user activity, responsible for content operation

Camp, topic guidance, user q&A and other work;

2、Stimulate user participation and explore user needs through community operations and services;

Achieve curriculum transformation;

3、Pay attention to user satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、Have strong ability to plan, maintain and execute community activities;

3、Have a strong sense of service and responsibility, and understand the psychology of language learning users;

4、Teacher qualification certificate, CET-4 and CET-6 certificate, Accounting Qualification certificate or sales and operation experience in education industry is preferred
